I like chicken feet. I remember when they were my favourite part on a chicken when I was a kid (I obviously hadn’t tried the thigh!).
I like chicken feet as a meaty snack, they are easy to prepare and they can be bought on a budget. Chicken feet are all skin, bone, cartilages and tendons which are packed with protein, calcium and collagen that are easily absorbed by the body. These are essential nutrients required for good joint movement to minimize arthritis and joint pain.

Chicken feet
Tumeric
Chilli
Spice of your choice
How to prepare tasty chicken feet
In warm water peel off inedible skin from the feet.
In a pot of water add the feet, tumeric, chilli and other spices and simmer until all the water is gone and until cooked into a golden yellow colour.
When done serve and enjoy your snack on a budget. You can have them watching a football match with a cold drink!
